Prayer: Caring for People

Heavenly Father,
I come before You with a repentant heart, confessing that too often I have rushed past people, valuing profit over presence, outcomes over relationships. Forgive me, Lord, for the times when my care has been shallow, my patience thin, and my eyes blind to the needs around me.

Jesus, You saw people not as problems but as beloved souls—help me to see as You see. Give me eyes to recognize the image of God in every stakeholder: employees, customers, clients, partners, and even competitors.

Lord, shape my heart to be present with people in their pain. Keep me from withdrawing in discomfort, and instead let me shine the healing light of Your compassion. May my work be a place where love is tangible, burdens are shared, and hope is offered. Let my care always point people back to You.

In Your name,

Amen.
