Prayer - Courage to Walk in Christ’s Excellence

Lord Jesus,

You have called me not just to believe in You, but to walk WITH You, in every part of my life. Yet I confess that there are places where I hesitate, where fear, comfort, or distraction have kept me from stepping fully into the life You are inviting me to live.

Today, I ask for courage.

Not a loud or reckless courage, but a steady, obedient courage, the kind that chooses excellence because I am working for You. Give me the strength to face what I have been avoiding, the humility to surrender what I have been holding on to, and the clarity to move forward where You are leading.

Align my soul to trust Your presence above my fears.
Align my mind to think and lead with conviction and integrity.
Align my body to act, to follow through, and to live out what I know is true.

Lord, help me to lead myself well so I can lead others faithfully, at home, at work, and in every relationship You have entrusted to me.

Form in me a life of courage that reflects You.

So that one day, I may hear:

“Well done.”
